Event Details

Players will play for the entire event. Select players may be asked or volunteer for NPC roles throughout the event. Characters participating in this event will gain 2 levels.

Registration includes Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Brunch.

You’ll be asked to update your character information during the registration process; be sure to have any skill choices or spell research requests ready.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No.  But all participants under age 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone.  Chaperones who are not also playing are required to register as NPCs for the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes.  Your registration can be transferred to a future event if you are unable to attend.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Use the Character Request / Update page to send update requests.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available until 5 calendar days before the event starts.  After that time, there are no refunds though you may still transfer your ticket to a future event.

EVENT SYNOPSIS

As the Princess of the Summer and Winter Court, Caitir’s family is upset she’s spending so much time hanging out with—and being swindled into foolish deals by—the mortals of the Kingdom of Interphaze. Caitir, on the other hand, is upset her family is still treating her like a child. She is a MARRIED WOMAN, and it’s time she moved out and established her own court. To that end, she’s come calling on her favorite patsy… er… make that “ally”… the mortal the most likely to deal well with the Fae… Eucoir. If the two, along with the help of the other heroes of Interphaze, can successfully wager… and win… in a daring game of Quest… they’ll establish and rule over new Fae courts. If they fail… well… Icarus will have had a happier fate than what lies in store!

Event Schedule

Wagers – Friday, November 1, 6:00 PM

Check in and familiarize yourself with the play space. Sort through questions on passports, and get settled in. Mingle with members of the Fae Court and set the stakes for the rest of the event!

BREAKFAST – Saturday, March 23, 8:30 AM

The Goblin Market – Saturday, November 2, 10:00 am

Visit the strange wares and stranger prices of the Goblin Market. A variety of wares, both foreign and domestic, are available in this strangely twisted “town.” For those not interested in commerce, there’s always a Sidhe Noble or two to mingle with.

LUNCH – Saturday, March 23, 12:30 pm

Of Fae Dogs and Men – Saturday, November 2, 1:30 PM

With the terms of the wagers set, the future of the Great Hunt is in question. Our heroes’ task is to gather all the ingredients required to either maintain the status quo in the Sidhe courts… or change the balance of power forever! With stakes as big as this, maybe it’s a job for the littlest heroes.

DINNER: Guests of the Erlking – Saturday, November 2, 6:00 pm

The Court of Mirrors – Saturday, November 2, 8:00 PM

After dinner, our heroes will be graciously invited to take part in the Erlking’s Court, ruling on cases that the Erlking can’t seem to be bothered with. Can our mere mortal heroes survive a night of intrigue and Fae politick?

The Heart of the Hunt – Saturday, November 2, LATE

The grand capstone of the evening’s entertainment, a select few of our heroes will be offered the Erlking’s greatest honor: a chance to hunt alongside the great Huntsman himself. But be careful for hunts are not always what they seem in the land of seeming.

Now that everyone’s cards are on the table, there will be winners… and loser. And the Erlking doesn’t like to lose! In the end, one shall stand and one shall fall. But which Huntsman will rule them all?
